Safawell (Remote – Dubai)
- Rebuilt the OTA platform end to end: new interface, reworked UI/UX, and a rebrand carried across the site. - Built the search and filtering layer, including halal filters so travellers can book to their own requirements. - Integrated external travel providers into the booking flow. - Built Safa Book, the platform's chat agent: it searches and carries a booking through to payment, suggests trips when a traveller cannot decide, cancels and updates existing bookings, and guides people around the platform. - Ran agile sprints to improve the platform's architecture and features.
