Clinavi is an all-in-one medical clinic management SaaS designed to help doctors and healthcare professionals digitize, centralize and simplify their daily clinic operations. The platform brings essential clinic workflows together in one modern solution, including patient management, appointment scheduling, medical records, consultations, queue management, treatments, documents, billing and CNSS-related workflows. Clinavi also provides multi-doctor clinic management, allowing healthcare teams to organize doctors and manage clinic activities from a centralized platform. A key part of the platform is its integrated WhatsApp communication system. Clinics can send automated appointment reminders and communicate with patients directly through WhatsApp. Clinavi also includes an AI-powered WhatsApp Assistant that can communicate naturally with patients, answer questions, provide clinic information and help patients book appointments. The assistant supports French and Moroccan Darija, with both text and audio interactions. The platform combines modern SaaS architecture with AI-powered automation to reduce repetitive administrative work, improve clinic organization and provide a smoother experience for both healthcare professionals and patients. The project was developed using modern technologies including Next.js, React, TypeScript, Hono, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Redis, MinIO, Better Auth, Docker and Nginx.
