PinTalent — All-in-One Recruitment Platform Landing Page

PinTalent needed a professional web presence that reflects the power and simplicity of their recruitment platform. I took full ownership of this project — from initial design concepts to final deployment — delivering a complete multi-page website under a tight deadline. The site showcases PinTalent's value proposition: streamlining candidate management, job postings, and team collaboration for modern hiring teams. I designed and built multiple pages including products, pricing, skills portfolio, and contact sections — each crafted to guide visitors toward conversion. The UI was designed from scratch with custom images and visual assets created specifically for the brand. I implemented smooth animations throughout the site to create an engaging, modern feel without sacrificing performance. Multi-language support ensures the platform can reach a broader audience. A key feature is the demo booking system with calendar integration, allowing potential customers to schedule calls directly from the site. Contact forms and CTAs are strategically placed to maximize lead generation. Built with Nuxt 3 for optimal performance and SEO, styled with Tailwind CSS for rapid, responsive development. Despite the tight timeline and extensive scope, I delivered a polished, professional result that effectively represents PinTalent's brand.

My Tasks

Took full solo ownership of the project from design to deployment

What I Learned

Technical Growth: This project pushed my frontend skills further than the PinJob landing page. Implementing multi-language support taught me to structure content for internationalization from the start — not as an afterthought. Building the calendar integration for demo booking introduced me to third-party scheduling APIs and handling timezone complexities.
Creating smooth animations that enhance rather than distract required balancing visual appeal with performance. I learned to use CSS transitions strategically and test on lower-powered devices to ensure animations remained smooth for all users.
Managing a multi-page site with consistent design language taught me to build reusable component systems — headers, footers, CTAs, and section layouts that maintain brand consistency while allowing page-specific customization.
Soft Skills & Professional Growth:
This was a bigger scope than PinJob's landing page, yet with a similarly tight deadline. I learned to estimate more accurately, break work into prioritized chunks, and communicate early when scope threatened timeline.
Designing multiple pages solo — products, pricing, portfolio, contact — forced me to think holistically about user journeys. Each page isn't isolated; they form a narrative that guides visitors from curiosity to conversion.
Delivering this project reinforced a lesson from PinJob: constraints breed creativity. The tight deadline forced decisive design choices and prevented over-engineering. Sometimes limitations produce better results than unlimited time would.
