PinJob was my first project after joining a new company, and it came with a significant challenge: deliver a complete landing page with almost no onboarding time. I had to quickly understand the product vision, define the content strategy, design the visuals, and build the frontend — all within a very short deadline. The landing page serves as the public face of PinJob, a job recruitment platform connecting job seekers with employers. My goal was to create a clean, professional design that communicates trust and simplicity while driving user sign-ups. I designed the entire UI from scratch, created custom images and visual assets, and wrote the content to clearly explain the platform's value proposition. The frontend was built with Nuxt 3 and Tailwind CSS, ensuring fast performance, SEO optimization, and a responsive experience across all devices. The biggest challenge wasn't technical — it was navigating uncertainty. As my first project at the company, I didn't have full visibility into the product roadmap or future features. I had to make design and content decisions quickly while leaving room for the platform to evolve. This taught me to be resourceful, ask the right questions, and deliver under pressure.

What I Learned

Technical Growth: This project deepened my experience with Nuxt 3 and its powerful features for building fast, SEO-friendly pages. I learned to leverage Tailwind CSS for rapid styling while maintaining design consistency. Building a landing page from scratch without a designer handing me mockups forced me to think critically about layout, hierarchy, and user flow.
Creating visual assets alongside code reminded me that frontend development isn't just about implementation; it's about crafting a complete visual experience.
Soft Skills & Professional Growth: This was a trial by fire. Starting at a new company and immediately owning a client-facing deliverable taught me to manage uncertainty and move forward despite incomplete information. I learned to ask focused questions, make confident decisions with limited context, and prioritize ruthlessly when time is short.
The tight deadline taught me that perfection is the enemy of delivery. I had to balance quality with speed, knowing when something was "good enough" to ship and when it needed more polish. This mindset shift — from perfectionism to pragmatic execution — has shaped how I approach every project since.
Most importantly, I learned that your first project at a company sets the tone. Delivering under pressure built trust with my team and gave me confidence to take on bigger challenges.
